The Cascade is one of Alps Mountaineering's most popular internal frame backpacks. The 4200 is made for slightly smaller individuals, but still holds plenty of gear. A well made backpack at a very affordable price.

Built out of the most durable fabric, the Cascade is made to endure miles of hard trails, and the Comfort Glide Suspension System is designed so that even at maximum capacity your gear will still ride comfortably all day long. Large external pockets provide easy access while on the trail and a built in hydration pocket and port can accomodate a hydration bladder so water is always at your fingertips. The top lid converts into a fanny pack for day hikes and the Cascade is equipped with a rain cover stored at the bottom of the pack.  There are plenty of external lashing points for all the gear you can handle and inside is a horizontal divider to keep all your stuff organized. A 3-layer foam waistbelt for ultimate comfort is the final touch on this excellent pack.
