The next evolution of the Ed Halligan KISS line is the H.U.G. (Halligan's Ulitmate Gadget).  The HUG continues the simplistic design but adds a spear point blade and a single Zytel scale for a more dextrous fit in the hand.   Now with the HUG in the Dark, you also get the added class of a stealthy black finish.

The HUG in the Dark features a blade and single piece frame of high carbon steel, both with a non-reflective black titanium nitride coating.  The grind is single sided like the KISS so the blade seals against the frame when closed.  The single Zytel scale covers the blade edge as well to minimize accidental opening.  The integrated liner lock and thumb stud on the blade make both opening and closing operations one handed simple.  A stainless steel compact money clip / pocket clip with black teflon finish completes the package and gives the knife some useful carry options.
