The Big Dog is the largest of the M-16 line and comes with durable textured Zytel scales or 6061 T6 hard anodized charcoal gray aluminum scales.  Both cover a stainless interframe with locking liner housing the Tanto blade.

Like all of the CRKT M16s, the Big Dogs feature the "Carson Flipper" for opening ease and to act as a positive blade guard.  A simple push with one finger and flip of the wrist rapidly deploys the blade with one hand.  Also included is the LAWKS (Lake and Walker Knife Safety) which blocks the frame lock and converts your folder into a virtual fixed blade.  The teflon bearings and removable Teflon plated stainless steel clothing/gear clip complete this durable package.
