The Katadyn Micopur MP1 Water Purification Tablets utilize the power of Chlorine Dioxide to kill bacteria, viruses and cysts such as cryptosporidium and Giardia.  Unlike some other treatment tablets, Micropur actually improves the taste of water.  It's convenient tablet form makes it ultra compact for storage and carry.  It can be used alone or in conjunction with a filter for a complete water purification solution.
