The Primus EtaExpress is the next evolution in light weight cooking.  The Eta's heat exchange system allows for fast boil times and super low fuel consumption making it the green solution for outdoor cooking as well.  You don't just get the pot with heat exchanger though, the Express even includes the stove so there's no worries about compatibility. 

The Eta's stove is an ultra-compact folding stove that mounts directly on to an LP gas canister.  (100g, 230g or 450g)  The stove features Piezo ignition for matchless simplicity.  It's folding pot supports nest within the Eta's heat exchanger which is mounted on the bottom of the pot and is the magic behind the Eta's fast heating and minimal fuel use.  A removable wind screen is also included to further maximize efficiency.  With all components working together, the EtaExpress boasts over 75% efficiency in heat transfer.  The system even includes a stuff sack for packing the stove when on the trail. 

The pot is a 1 liter size and includes a lid that doubles as  a fry pan.  Both pot and lid are of hard anodized aluminum and feature an inner triple layer "Titanium Non-Stick" coating and attached folding handles.  All of the components along with a 230g LP canister nest together inside the pot when packed.    Comes with a net stuff sack.
